FAQ - Answers to your most frequently asked questions

  • What is a project?

    With AdBill, each project is a combination of a customer, a network account and the function that the project is to provide. A project specifies which campaigns are to be associated with a customer's data. Each project can generate invoices and reports.

  • How do I end participation in the test period?

    Basically, your account automatically closes at the end of the test period. If you no longer wish to use AdBill, simply let us know by e-mail. We then close your AdBill account.

    Do you give a discount on annual payment?

    Yes, we grant a discount of 20% for annual payment.

    Do I need a credit card to use the trial version?

    No, a credit card is not required until you decide to upgrade after the trial period has expired.

  • Can I switch between plans at any time?

    Yes. You can switch between plans at any time. The system then calculates only the difference for the remaining month.

  • What if AdBill still can't do something that I desperately need?

    Then please send us your request to support@adbill.com. We are not Santa Claus, but we always do our best to fulfill your wishes. ;)

  • What happens to my data if I no longer wish to use AdBill?

    As soon as your Adbill account has been closed, we will keep your data for 14 days. After that all data will be deleted from our servers.

  • Are there training costs that have to be paid?

    Training costs only have to be borne if there is also a need for training. We would always offer these as an individual offer for virtual or on-site training. Usually, however, no training is necessary, since the software is self-explanatory and questions can usually already be answered via the excellent support.

  • Where is my data stored?

    We store your data in a data center in Munich. It meets all the requirements of a high-security data center.

  • How do I cancel my subscription if I no longer want to use AdBill?

    It is enough for us if you send us your request via e-mail (mail@adbill.com), observing the notice periods. But you are also welcome to use the classic postal service.

  • What notice periods do I have to consider if I no longer want to use AdBill?

    The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time at the end of the month. If you have agreed the annual plan with us, you can terminate the plan with 4 weeks' notice.
